Construction has begun on the renovations to the facade of the CVS Plaza, located in front of The Princeton apartments also under construction. As previously reported by David Karch, the property’s owner, Jim Kersey, found a photo of the original plaza from the 1940s and is going to transform the property back to its original look.
To do this, some features of the plaza will be removed, including the two turrets on the corners of the Edgewater side of the building, Kersey said. Also, the terra-cotta tile roof will be taken off.
