The College Park Paper contacted Anthony Everett, director of Central Florida for Pollack Shores, the company developing The Princeton, to inquire about the final design of the parking garage. We received pleasant news.
For those residents who drive Princeton Street and/or Edgewater Drive on a regular basis, you have witnessed a relatively quick assembly of the six-story parking garage that will be part of The Princeton apartment project.
Is the current, gray cement the final design?
Everett said via email, “The garage is wrapped by the building on 3 sides, and then it has decorative treatments and paint to make it match the building.”
In the rendering, the garage is located on the right side of the picture. The west-facing side — closest to the CVS Plaza — will have the decorative treatment.
Pollack Shores expects vertical construction on the apartment section of the development to begin soon and anticipates completing the project by the first quarter of 2018.
