Doubt is a Certainty

It is certain that you will experience doubt.
Are you going to do the right thing?
Are you on the right path?
Are you making the right decision?
Doubt is simply not knowing.
There is nothing wrong with not knowing.
You are here to learn.
If you already knew everything there is to know, you wouldn’t be here.
Of course you don’t know everything!
Becoming aware that you don’t know is no reason to stop what you are doing.
After all, you are going to be doing something.
Even doing nothing is doing something.
Doing nothing doesn’t stop doubt.
Doing nothing keeps you stagnant, stuck in your “not knowing.”
It’s better to take action and have doubt, than to stay stuck.
You’re going to experience doubt regardless of what you do or don’t do, so you might as well take action.
When you experience doubt, simply say, “Okay, that is doubt.”
Don’t claim it as something you own.
Keep it in perspective.
After all, you are not doubt, you are simply experiencing it.
When you recognize doubt for what it is, you take away its power over you.
When you don’t know, you open the door to knowing.
It is only when you open the door to knowing that you can receive knowledge.
So doubt is the first step to knowing!
