Your Body

Your body is a gift.
Regardless of its condition, your job is to honor it.
Your body is the physical means through which your soul can express itself.
Ask yourself, “How do I want to use my body?”
Do you use it to express your creativity?
Do you use it to accomplish your goals?
Do you use it to show love?
Does it serve you, or do you serve it?
Does it help you achieve what you want, or does it distract you?
Do you give it rest and care and proper maintenance?
Or do you abuse and exhaust it?
You don’t have to inhabit an optimally healthy body in order to achieve your goals.
There are many souls with poorly functioning bodies who have learned to utilize them successfully.
In fact, most people have bodies that will never be considered optimal.
The body is biodegradable!
The body is biodegradable so that it can return to the earth when you leave it.
Honor the body’s gift while you have it, as you will never have it again.
Part of your lessons may involve learning how to adjust as your body declines.
What changes have you made as your body changes?
What has your body taught you?
What have you learned by having the gift of your body?
