Your Ideal Self

Have you ever thought about your ideal self?
Have you ever thought about how you want to be, at your very best?
Go deep inside now, and get in touch with that part of you that represents your ideal self.
Experience what it feels like, on all levels of your being, in every area of your life.
What does that inner picture look like, the picture of you, at your best?
Is it in color, or black and white?
Is it close to you, or far away?
Is it large or is it small?
Is it bright, or is it dim?
Is it clear, or is it fuzzy?
What are you wearing and what is in the background?
Now, make this picture of you in full, brilliant color.
Bring it close to you and make it life-size.
Make it as bright and clear as you possibly can.
Now step into the picture of your ideal self.
Notice how good it feels to be at your best.
As you step into your picture, take a deep breath in and allow a word to pop into your mind that will remind you of this ideal.
Feel how good it feels to be you, the way you’ve always wanted to be, the person you came here to manifest!
Let this ideal be your guide in all future activities and decisions.
If you have a decision to make, access your ideal self and ask, “What would you do?”
Cultivate your ideal self and manifest miracles!
