LIONS CLUB PANCAKE BREAKFAST
The College Park Lions Club, located at 1782 Fairview Shores Drive (off of Edgewater Dr. and Lee Rd.), is holding its monthly pancake breakfast. Held the second Sunday of each month , all proceeds are used to help in the community. The cost is $5.00, all you can eat. The hours of operation: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We are waiting to see you there!

We're a group of fun-loving, intelligent, adventurous, professional women who love to get together to enjoy eachothers' company. We sponsor activities at least twice a month and provide you with a calendar of events going on in Orlando as well as articles on travel, how-to ideas and recipes. We tryout the latest trends (from acupuncture to hair extensions) and let you know what they're "really" like. We review Orlando's newest restaurants and lounges so you'll know what to expect when you get there. We even provide an avenue for you to advertise your business.

Wisdom-Works provides assistance to Orange county residents 55+ with preparation for entering or re-entering the workforce.
Through a "Peer Coaching" approach, clients seeking employment will be given assistance with:
• Exploration of employment goals
• Linkage to skill building resources
• Encouragement, motivation and confidence building throughout the job search
• Identification of job options
• Access to a coalition of Featured Employers interested in and proactive about utilizing the skills, ability and WISDOM of older adults
Wisdom-Works also offers group workshops covering topics such as:
• Exploration of career interests
• Resume preparation
• Surviving the interview process

Hey guys, do you like to sing? The Orange Blossom Chorus rehearses every Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. at Melody Manor, 813 Montana St., Orlando, 32803. You’re welcome to come join us as a singer or just as a visitor for the evening to see what’s going on. Although our primary format of singing is barbershop 4-part harmony, we do sing other songs — popular, broadway musicals, gospel, etc., all performed in a cappella style.
