April 23rd, 2008 brought record crowds to sample the food from neighborhood restaurants and to sip the fine wines and, of course, bid on the fabulous auction donations to benefit The Rotary Club of College Park's Sixth Annual Taste of College Park Food & Wine Festival at the Historic Dubsdread Ballroom. The Taste of College Park is the Club's signature fund-raising event which gives back all profits to the community. Restaurants included Harmoni Market, Jade Bistro, Julianna's Fine Tuscan Cuisine, Blackwater BBQ,Logan's Bistro, Harmoni Artesian Meal Market, Nonna Trattoria Ed Enoteca College Park Italian restaurant, K Restaurant & Wine Bar, Publix and The Tap Room at Dubsdread. Wine and Beer were provided by Orlando Brewing, Selected Brands, Opici Wine Company of Florida, Infusion Tea, and Tap Room at Dubsdread. Music was provided by DJ Maria Shafer, Celebration Expert.
